Project:

A residential project in Park HaYam neighborhood in southwestern Bat Yam, at the border of Rishon LeZion and in close proximity to parks and the new promenade. The project consists of three 24-story towers, with two 3.5-story boutique buildings between them. The large area of the lot (11 decares) is put to optimal use with an abundance of private gardening elements, creating the sensation of an independent neighborhood with a high ratio of gardened to built-up areas. The buildings’ placement at an angle to the street provides each apartment with a view of the sea. A ground floor surrounded by vegetation on all sides leads to the entrance to the lobby, while the entrance to the parking lots and service areas is from the depth of the complex, as though from the rear.

The project consists of 293 spacious housing units with large balconies: the upper floors of the towers contain gradated duplexes, while the boutique structures have a single duplex on the top floor. All the structures are characterized by clean lines that combine horizontal and vertical elements, while the contrasting colors of the covering – white stone, light gray stone and dark gray stone – give the entire complex a unique appearance.
